The Shock Pack version of the XLine Reinforced device contains a full-length die-cut layer of self-adhesive shock absorbing foam, along with rearfoot 4-degree medial wedges and heel lifts.
This product was developed for the MOD to help in the treatment of medial tibial stress syndrome and is used extensively by podiatrists and physiotherapists.
